FAQ

  • What are your hours?
    We are open Monday 12-6pm, Tuesday-Friday 10-6pm, and Saturday 10-5pm.
  • How much is a bicycle tube?
    Our tubes start at $5.99 and go up from there depending on the size and type of tube.
  • How do I know what size tube I need?
    Bicycle tube sizes are based off of the tire. Take a look at the sidewall of your tire and look for a set of numbers it should look like something like 26x1.95 or another set of numbers.
  • What is a thorn resistant tube?
    A thorn resistant tube is a tube made out of thicker rubber. They weigh a bit more, but do offer more protection against flats.
  • What is sealant?
    Sealant is a goo-like substance that is put into the tube that is inside the tire. It can help to clog small puncture/holes. If you notice a thorn/etc. in your tire pull it out and give your wheel a good spin so that the sealant can clog the hole. You can buy self sealing tubes (we install the sealant for you) or the sealant itself that you can install at a later date.
  • Does your shop do repairs?
    Yes! We are a full service repair shop. We work on all kinds of bicycles including e-bikes. We can also often help with scooters, e-scooters, strollers, wheelchairs, etc.
  • Do you sell e-bikes?
    Yes! We have a variety of e-bikes for sale. We carry popular brands such as Specialized, Giant, Aventon and Retrospec.
  • Do you work on e-bikes?
    We do work on e-bikes! If the e-bike is not a brand that we carry we sometimes have issues acquiring the correct parts, but we are always happy to give it our best shot and many things can be fixed without ordering new parts.
  • I don't know what bike to buy, can you help me with that?
    Absolutely! All of our staff members are happy to talk to you about your cycling goals and set you up with the perfect bike. We have bikes for the casual rider, the commuter, the mountain biker, roadie, BMX enthusiast and more!
  • Do you work on other items with wheels?
    Yes! We are happy to help with strollers, walkers, wheelchairs and more! We cannot however work on anything with a gas engine.
  • I’m moving/traveling/etc. Can you help me box my bike to ship?
    Absolutely, we are happy to box your bike up so that it can safely be shipped. You can pay for the shipping and provide us with the shipping label and then we will package it up and get it shipped off. $60 (shipping not included)
  • Do you offer bicycle fits?
    Yes, we are happy to do a bicycle fit. Dwight (the owner) was trained at Specialized to do a Specialized® Body Geometry® fit. He offers a modified version of their bike fit. Please call to make an appointment, the fit usually takes about 1-2 hours. At this time we only offer fits for a bicycle that you currently own (or are purchasing from us). We do not offer fits for custom bike builds. It is $100 for the session.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
